CliftonStrengths Training Decks and Recordings
StrengthsFinder Training – Decks, Recordings, and Communication Tools
Core StrengthsFinder Training Deck
Discover Your Strengths and Put Them To Work – We run this as a 2 hour virtual session with lots of discussion in the chat. You’ll notice that it’s a square PDF, which we find works better than 4:3 slides in virtual training software. This allows more screen “real estate” available for the chat box, video stream, and other windows.
Dominant, Supporting, and Lesser Slide – We add this slide when the team has done the full 34 CliftonStrengths Assessment. It helps them see how “Lesser Strengths” are possible to execute on…they’re simply draining (versus thinking of them as weaknesses).
