Have you ever wondered why some days at work feel difficult? Strengths can help you stop making it so hard (really!). These talents work like volume dials so that you can adjust the ease, energy, and enjoyment that comes along with your responsibilities at work. You’ll roll up your sleeves and get into real-life application.
TyAnn Osborn will help you take a practical look at your Top 5 talents from the CliftonStrengths assessment. Here’s what you can expect:
You’ll get 12-weeks of strengths activities to build your knowledge beyond this StrengthsFinder virtual training. This “Strengths Activation Course” is also sold separately for $20/person, yet it is included free in this virtual training.

Note: our resources lean heavily on your CliftonStrengths Assessment results. Can you attend if you’ve never done StrengthsFinder? Yes. Will it be better if you have your Top 5 results? Yes – by far. We highly recommend coming in with access to your Top 5 results.
This StrengthsFinder virtual training does not include a purchase of your CliftonStrengths assessment or StrengthsFinder 2.0 book.
If you need to purchase a code from Gallup, you can get a digital code here.
The assessment is made up of 177 questions. As you answer the questions, it will stack rank your answers and offer you clarity on the ways of thinking and acting that seem most like you when you’re at your best.
There are 34 Talent Themes. In the Top 5 CliftonStrengths version of the assessment, you’ll see your top 5 talent themes. These give you a new way to look at your areas of greatest potential. We look at them like they’re your easy buttons for effectiveness. If you decide to get the CliftonStrengths 34 (premium) version of the assessment, it will tell you the full stack rank order of all 34 potential talent themes.
One interesting thing to know about the design of the tool is that it is not a personality assessment. This surprises people. Rather than telling you about the introvert/extrovert scale and the people/task focus scale (as most personality assessments do), this survey uses a different scale.
When the behavioral scientists at Gallup designed this tool, they studied elements that make people successful. Rather than telling you about your personality, it’s more like your success factors. It will tell you how you can approach any job to bring your best performance – by using the thought processes and actions that put you at your natural best.
Of course, it takes work and application from you. At the same time, imagine how high-leverage this can be. You walk away from this StrengthsFinder virtual training with a handful of ideas. You find it energizing to apply them because it’s in your zone of genius. You spend a little more time in your strengths zone every day, and you’re on your way to operating at your top performance.
